MISSION & VISION

OUR MISSION IS TO create community education FOR healthcare ​workers, BY healthcare workers—rooted in the radical ​reimagining of what caring can be.

OUR VISION IS shared wisdom and collective action as ​foundational to building a more just, equitable, and ​abundant healthcare system.

Many in the healthcare field find their values and vision for what healing ​can be at odds with the demands of their profession. Too often institutional ​goals and financial constraints appear to overshadow patient-centered ​care.

Join us for a three part CE series tailored for nurses, medical and mental ​health professionals to gain a deeper understanding of moral distress

as well as practical tools & strategies designed to mitigate it.

SESSION OVERVIEW

In session one, we will ​define moral distress, ​its presentation and ​delve into the causes of ​ethical implications of ​moral distress.

In session two, we will ​focus on empowering ​healthcare workers to ​identify and strengthen ​their moral agency.

In session three, we will ​explore how the power of ​community care can foster ​mutual support among ​healthcare workers and ​build moral resilience.
